About Megan Bonanno
Megan Bonanno, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, only 3% of all agents hold this designation) is a realtor known widely among her clients for her ethics, expertise and hard work. Whether working with buyers or sellers, Megan adheres to conducting each transaction with integrity and honesty. Her top priority has always been complete customer satisfaction and exceeding client expectations.
Her experience and recognitions are a factor of her responsiveness and diligence to her clients. Having earned her real estate license in 2014, Megan hit the ground running. In only her second year she received The Silver New Jersey Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award—a rare achievement and has continued to earn this award each year since. The Award acknowledges exceptional production attained by its members. Megan has closed over $73 million in volume and has conducted over 157 transactions as of 2023. This averages to about 10 million in volume per year and roughly 21 transactions per year. These transactions range from a first time home buyer in a $200,000 price range to multimillion dollar properties. In 2019, she earned her Brokers license, another feather in her cap.
Megan graduated magna cum laude from William Patterson College with degrees in sociology and economics. Settled in Bernardsville, Megan understands the numerous intangible benefits of living in the area with its high school ratings, culture, diversity, and community feel. She is well versed in residential real estate and interpreting market value locally as well as in the surrounding areas.
